h) not state mandated Abortion is defined as Intentional killing of an unborn child. The "life of the mother" exception is medically unneccessary and is a dangerous "loophole" for those who intensely advocate for abortion-on-demand. Some leaders of the abortion-on-demand movement would define EVERY pregnancy as an endangerment to the life of the mother. I believe that if a doctor is helping remove a cancerous uterus and the baby dies in the process that this is not abortion, since it was not the doctor's INTENT to kill the unborn child. This principle should be applied to other similar situations.
